Heart t’ Heart is a non-profit community resource created to help Latter-day Saints overcome compulsive and addictive behaviors. Using the 12 Steps based solidly in the concepts and language of the Book of Mormon, we teach recovery principles from a distinctly Latter-day Saint perspective.

Heart t' Heart Meetings

Anyone can start a Heart t’ Heart meeting. Meetings can be face-to-face or held via technology. Each meeting is independent and without oversight from the Heart t’ Heart Board. Meetings are governed by the group conscience of attendees, applying guidelines found in the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions.
